Can we choose our locations?
Yes, I want to make sure your locations fit with your story and have meaning to you. All locations must be within all local city limits.
What does a minimum purchase mean?
All of my sessions require a minimum purchase order. This is the minimum amount a client must invest on their order. All of my clients are different and like to customize their session to fit their needs. Minimum orders are applied in an effort to work with my client’s time and budgets appropriately as well as my own time so I can deliver consistent quality and serve my clients in the best possible way. My minimum point is based on what my average clients have chosen to order for their specific experience. I have different sessions and different things included in them to help my clients customize what they want. My minimum requirement starts at $500 for the ESSENTIALS session. I promise to all my clients nothing but the most amazing print quality work that could hang on a gallery wall and be preserved for years!
What does the session fee cover?
Your session fees is due at the time you book your session, this is to hold your date. This fee covers the time, pre-consulation, ordering session, talent and creativity of the photographer. This fee is due before the session to hold the date and book the makeup artist. It is non refundable.
What method of payments do you accept?
I currently accept cash, checks, money order and credit card.
Do we meet before our session?
Absolutely! I meet with my clients at a pre-consultation to go over all the details about your session experience. We will go over all the details of your session like hair, clothing style, outfits, locations, etc. This way we can focus on having an amazing time and the fun we will have at your session. Our goal together is for you to have images that you will love!
When will i get my order?
Your photographs and artwork order will be placed shortly after your ordering session. Client products are ordered on the 15th and 30th of every month. They will be available for pick approx. 2-3 weeks after the ordering session. Pickup days are usually around the middle and the end of the month as well.
How soon will be get to see the images and place an order?
I like to schedule the private ordering session about 10 days after your photo experience. We will view your photographs together. I like to schedule this at the pre-consulation. The ordering session are where you will have to make very important decisions and I want to make it as fun and memorable as I can. Please make sure that ALL family members who will be helping to choose the order are present at this session. Minimums are due at the ordering session and any products purchased after will be a la carte pricing only. At your ordering session images are put together in a beautiful slide show. I will help you make decisions on which images you will want together in albums, storyboard collages, correct colors for your wall art, etc. I feel it is so important to make sure I am here for my clients to help them every step of the way. Payment plans are available.
What if we cant make our session?
Life happens and sometimes we cant control it, thats ok. As long as you call within two days of your session we can get you scheduled for another time within the next few months.
Can I order more later?
Your images will be available to you for 30 days from the date of your ordering session if you wish to order additional prints later. The collection prices are only available on the day of your ordering session. After the 30 days only images that you order will be kept, the rest will be removed.
Can I have copies of my images?
I have two collections that have digital images included with them. I do offer one digital image of your choice to be sent in for a seniors yearbook image if needed.
When is my order amount due?
Your order amount is due in full before any of the order can be placed. This includes any item sent or received. All of my client orders are customized to fit your needs and cannot be refunded.
